Today I am not writing to celebrate a final victory, but to mark the beginning of a battle. After three years of thinking about the idea, starting at 17 with more doubts than certainties, I can finally say that Shaw Lander is ready.
Starting alone at 17 was difficult. I had the idea, but fear and distractions won me over many times. My environment did not always push towards the same side and, honestly, sometimes one is its biggest obstacle. It took me three years to understand that Shaw Lander was not going to go out alone; I had to take him out, with fear and everything.
Today I'm 20 years old and Shaw Lander finally sees the light. I'm not going to lie saying that we are already a success, because we are just starting out. Success is what I hope to build from now on with effort and discipline. What I do know is that the conviction I had at 17 is still intact: I believe in what I am doing and I know that this project has the potential to be something great.
I have worked hard to make this launch possible. Now there is the most difficult and exciting part: working for the brand to grow. I hope you like what we have prepared for this start.
It is the beginning of a long road, and I thank you for accompanying me from the first step. Better things are coming, but today, the great triumph is simply to have overcome the fear of starting.
