We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

These are the products that we do not accept returns:

RETURNS

Returns on clothing purchased at a discount:
Returns cannot be made on clothing purchased at a discount.

Deliver discount codes or wallets equivalent to the price of the product:
Discount codes may be delivered as long as the customer chooses this option for having received a product with a manufacturing defect.

Items purchased from your purchase can only be returned if the request was reported within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

CHANGES
Exchange the product for a different size:
The product may be exchanged for another identical one but of a different size as long as we have inventory available and the product has been returned in good condition. In this case, shipping costs are on us.

Make an exchange for another product in the store:
An exchange can be made for a different product in the store as long as the price of the product does not exceed the price for which it was originally purchased, we have available inventory and the product has been returned in good condition. If the price is higher, you will have to cover the difference.

Changes to garments that have been purchased at a discount:
Items purchased at a discount cannot be exchanged.

Time to make a change:
The items in your purchase can only be exchanged if the request was reported within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Mandatory requirements to be a candidate for an exchange or return:
The garment must be returned in good condition
The garment must be returned in the original packaging and with label.
The returned garment must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted if the parcel could not deliver because the address registered by the buyer was wrong or the buyer was not at home.
The request for the same has been within the required business days.

How to generate the request for an exchange or return?
Click on the link below "Make an Exchange or Return", where you will be redirected to our Reversso exchanges and returns portal.
Enter your order # and the email address you made the purchase with.
Afterwards, select the products you want to exchange or return.
Select whether your request is an exchange or a return.
In the case of a change, you must select the new products for which you wish to make the change. If it is a return, you will need to select the payment method to receive your refund.
If the request is approved, you will receive the return guide in your email so that you can send the products back to us and the exchange or return process can begin. (Note: You will receive the refund within a period of 48 to 72 business hours depending on your bank and the refund method selected.)
